1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your package. Please be sure to provide a valid email address at checkout.

3. What are your shipping fees?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders.
International shipping fees vary based on weight and destination. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy.

4. Does IttieBittieDesigns ship outside of the United States?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, and we plan to expand international shipping to additional countries soon.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay.
All payments are processed through a secure server that encrypts your information.
Please note: we do not accept checks or money orders.

6. Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is collected only for orders shipped within the state of Michigan. We do not collect sales tax from customers in other states or Canada.

7. How do I change my order?

For personalized or custom orders, you have a 24-hour window to review or request changes before processing begins.

8. Can I place a custom order?

Yes! We’re happy to create custom pieces for you.

  • Fill out the customization fields next to the item, or

  • Email CustomerService@IBB4U.com with a detailed description of what you’re looking for.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 24 hours. A single proof will be sent for your review before production. If approval is not received within 24 hours, the order will be assumed approved and processed. Please ensure your email address is correct.

9. Can I purchase a gift for someone?

Absolutely! During checkout, indicate in the comment section that your order is a gift. We will wrap it and include your message. Please make sure the recipient’s shipping address is entered correctly.
