Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items, as each product is made to order. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement once the damaged item is returned to us. Returned items must be received within ten (10) business days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
