Due to Covid-19, our mail carriers is experiencing a delay in shipping.  When placing your order, please make sure you order at least 7-10 days prior to date needed by.  We are working diligently to make sure we meet our customers needs, however, we are not responsible for any delays once shipped!

 U.S SHIPPING & CANADA SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S ORDERS ONLY!!!  Our customs pieces are mailed First-Class Mail® and Priority Mail® which takes 3-5 days.  Each item(s) are handmade to order.  Apparel, Party Décor, Stationary, and Drinkware takes 3-5 days processing time before shipping, and Monogram Lettering 5-10 days during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm & Sat 10am-4pm).

Please specify the date needed, so IttieBittieDesigns can provide your item(s) prior to due date.  Gift Certificates are sent electronically and there is no shipping charge for these.

All items are shipped once the order have been processed, anywhere within the U.S & Canada.  Once item(s) are shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please make sure the email on file is correct and valid.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to several other factors including national holidays, carrier delays, weather, product availability and credit card authorization, and customs.

Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will certainly assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen.
