How do I track my order?
You will be given a tracking number via email, once your item(s) have been shipped. You can monitor the status at www.USPS.com. Please make sure you provide a valid email address. 
What is the return and shipping policy?
Return Policy: IttieBittieBaby is dedicated to providing quality customer service. For all personalized or custom orders, a confirmation email will be sent. We require a two (2) hour window to confirm or cancel any personalized or custom orders before processing. All sales are final! We do not issue refunds on any items. Any items damaged during shipping will be replaced once all damaged items are returned and received. We cannot replace any damaged items that are not returned and received, within ten (10) business days. Please review all orders carefully before submitting.  If there are any issues with your item(s), please contact us at CustomerService@IttieBittieBaby.com within 24 hours of getting your item(s).
Shipping Policy: Order processing takes 3-5 business days; during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm). All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail (3-5 day shipping), anywhere within the USA. Once item(s) are shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please make sure the email on file is correct and valid. For additional shipping options, such as next day shipping or if you are interested in custom orders, please contact us at CustomerService@IttieBittieBaby.com with your request.
What are your different payment methods?
IttieBittieBaby accepts credit cards, and PayPal as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Paying by Check Card? If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterCard enter it as if it was a regular credit card. We're sorry but we do not accept checks, or money orders at this time.
How do I change my order?
As stated in the return policy, for personalized or custom orders, you are given a 24 hour window to review/ or cancel your order. For all other orders, if you wish to add an additional items or alter your order; you will need to contact Customer Service with your order number at 1-800-411-3585; or email CustomerService@IttieBittieBaby.com.
Do you Custom orders?
Yes we do. If you are interested in custom pieces, please fill out the Custom Order Form, located under Custom Orders. Once IttieBittieBaby receive your form, you will be contacted within 24 hours. We will review all the information submitted, and a $10 non-refundable deposit will be required;  before a sample would be produced. You will be sent (2) proofs for review before processing the order, and the remaining balance would be due. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, IttieBittieBaby will assume that the order have been canceled. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.
How do I properly care for my Onesie?
Turn Onesie inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on low heat setting. Do not iron directly on the transferred area. 
How do I properly care for my Tutu upon arrival?
Your tutu may need a little TLC from their long journey to reach you.  Upon receiving them please take them out of it out of packaging promptly. You will need to give them some fluffing.  Comb them out starting from the inside and work out then hang them up for storage.

How do I clean my Tutu?
Please do NOT machine wash or dry your tutu or bows. The tulle can get stretched and pulled ruining the shape and size of your tutu. If your tutu is dirty please hand wash it and lay flat or hang to dry.

My tutu is wrinkly, how do I get the wrinkles out?
If your tutu is wrinkly or losing it's fluff, comb out the tulle with your fingers working from the inside out. If your tutu is extra wrinkly, hang in the bathroom and run a hot shower for 5-10 minutes to let the wrinkles steam out. If you own a clothes steamer you can use that as well, just do not use steam directly on the tutu so you do not cause heat damage.

How do I store my tutu?
After each use please fluff out your tutu by combing it from the inside out with your fingers and then hang. This will maximize the life of your tutu.
